Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 June 2026. Your privacy is the whole point of Reuno.

Reuno is built so that a finder can reach you without ever seeing your private details. This policy explains what we collect and why. We process data in the EU (our database is hosted in Frankfurt).

What we collect

Account: your email and password (stored securely by our auth provider). Items: the names, types, rewards, and photos you add. Messages: what a finder writes and the contact details they choose to share. Payments: handled by Stripe — we store only a record that a purchase happened, never your card number.

What we never show

Your email and account details are never shown to finders. A finder only ever sees what you put on an item (its name, type, photo, and reward) and can send you a message through us.

How we use it

To run the service: show your tag pages, pass finder messages to you, and email you when someone gets in touch (via Resend). We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any item, and you can delete your whole account at any time from your dashboard — this permanently removes your items, tags, and messages.
