Refund Policy

Last updated 21 June 2026. We want you to be happy with your tags.

Unused tags

If your tags arrive faulty or you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement, as long as the tags haven’t been claimed/activated.

Activated tags

Once a tag has been claimed and linked to an item it can’t be refunded, since the digital profile is already in use. We’re still happy to help if something isn’t working.

Faulty or lost-in-post

If an order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, we’ll replace it or refund it in full.

How to request

Email hello@reuno.co with your order email and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
