Terms of Service
Last updated 21 June 2026. Please read these terms before using Reuno.
These terms govern your use of Reuno (“Reuno”, “we”, “us”), a QR lost-and-found service operated from Ireland. By creating an account or using a Reuno tag you agree to them.
1. The service
Reuno provides scannable QR tags and a website that lets a finder contact the owner of a tagged item without seeing the owner’s private contact details. Reuno helps pass messages along; we do not guarantee that any lost item will be recovered.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the information you add to your items. Don’t use Reuno for anything unlawful, and don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.
3. Tags & purchases
Tags are sold through our shop. Once a tag is claimed it is linked to your account. Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
4. Messages & privacy
When a finder messages you, the contact details they choose to share are passed to you. Treat them respectfully and only for the purpose of recovering the item. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
5. Liability
Reuno is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost items, missed messages, or indirect losses arising from using the service.
6. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? Email hello@reuno.co.
